Watch Legends of Tomorrow Pilot For Free!

Just like the Legends of Tomorrow you too can go back in time…to and re-watch the pilot episode or view it for the first time in case you missed it.  The pilot is now available for free for a limited time on Google Play, iTunes and Amazon Video.  On iTunes, you can apply for a season pass which will get you all of this season’s 13 episodes as they air, along with exclusive behind-the-scenes video from the show and cast.  This is a great opportunity for those who want to watch DC’s Legends of Tomorrow for the first time and those like myself who have watched the premiere, enjoyed it and want to watch it over and over again.  The show is destined to be a hit with those who already watch The Flash and Arrow and is sure to entertain new comers, as well.  The plot involving time travel is different than what we’re used to seeing, especially as we’ve yet to see different time periods explored on The Flash, and the characters all have something to like about them.  Next to Supergirl, this is the hottest new DC Comics show of the season.  This is a deal to take advantage of because DC’s Legends of Tomorrow is a great show.

The show opens in London 2166 where Vandal Savage (Caspar Crump), an immortal villain dating back thousands of years, has destroyed it as part of his path of destruction and world domination.  He kills a woman and child who speak out against him.  It turns out the woman and child were the wife and son of time traveler Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill).  Hunter recruits the Legends, telling them he is on a mission to make Savage pay for what he did.  He travels to various cities recruiting Dr. Ray Palmer/The Atom (Brandon Routh), Dr. Martin Stein (Victor Garber) and Jefferson “Jax” Jackson/Firestorm (Franz Drameh), Sara Lance/White Canary (Caity Lotz), Kendra Saunders/Hawkgirl (Ciara Renee) and Carter Hall/Hawkman (Falk Hentschel) and the villainous duo of Leonard Snart/Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) and Mick Rory/Heat Wave (Dominic Purcell). Along the way, they meet Dr. Aldus Boardman (Peter Francis James) who recognizes Hawkman and Hawkgirl from Egyptian mythology and lore.

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow airs Thursday at 8pm on The CW.  Check your local listings.
