Tuesday nights aren’t just exciting because it’s the day before New Comic Book Day or as others call it Comic Book Wednesday. Let’s not forget iZombie, which is based off of the Vertigo series of the same name, is also on.
The Flash – “Enter Zoom” – 8 PM ET on The CW. Check your local listings.
BARRY COMES UP WITH A PLAN TO DEFEAT ZOOM — After recent events, Barry (Grant Gustin) decides it’s time to confront Zoom and comes up with a dangerous plan. Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) sides with Jay (guest star Teddy Sears) and deems it too dangerous for Barry to engage with the speed demon. However, Iris (Candice Patton) shows her support and brings forth a surprising ally. We see what Earth-2 Harrison Wells’ (Tom Cavanagh) life was like before coming through the breech. Wednesdays are certainly my favorite day of the week with Arrow. That’s a series that we’ve written about many times and even spoke in depth about during our last video blab/podcast. Julie, of OnWednesdays, wrote about Constantine making his long awaited return to tv, and said “Oh My Gaaaaaawwwwwdddddddddd is it looking good.” We’d have to agree so be sure to watch Arrow this week!
Arrow – “Haunted” – 8 PM ET on The CW. Check your local listings.
When things take a turn for the worse with Sara (guest star Caity Lotz), Oliver (Stephen Amell) calls in a favor from an old friend who deals in the mystical, John Constantine (guest star Matt Ryan). John Badham directed the episode written by Brian Ford Sullivan & Oscar Balderrama.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. – “Among Us Hide” – 9 PM ET on ABC. Check your local listings.
Among Us Hide…” – The stakes get even higher as Hunter and May continue to go after Ward and Hydra, and Daisy and Coulson begin to suspect that the ATCU may be keeping a big secret from S.H.I.E.L.D., on “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.”
As you can see it’s a full week of superhero television. Are you excited for any particular show? Let us know in the comments below.
*What’cha Reading did not forget about AMC’s The Walking Dead. While there is not much known in regards to this coming week’s episode, show runner Scott Gimple did reveal the following to the Hollywood Reporter:
“I’ll give you an absolute because I’ve been dealing with a lot of ambiguity in storytelling here in protecting the story: Rick’s hand is safe. You can proclaim it from the mountaintops: His hand is safe! He will be wrapping it. There will be some ointments involved.”
