MoCCA Comics and Cartoon Art Festival to Give Away iPads in Partnership with Digital Graphic Novel Publisher SEQUENTIAL
NEW YORK, NY (March, 2014) The Society of Illustrators has announced that it will be promoting a special draw for an iPad Air and two iPad minis, as well as hundreds of dollars worths of digital comics, at the 2014 MoCCA Arts Festival held this weekend. MoCCA is teaming up with digital graphic novel app SEQUENTIAL which is providing the prizes.
SEQUENTIAL’s founder, Russell Willis commented: “MoCCA’s mission of increasing the visibility of comics and cartoon art is something SEQUENTIAL shares. Our app is dedicated to featuring just the kind of comics and graphic novels that MoCCA is proud to promote, and which are produced by the hundreds of artists that are in attendance at the festival. We’re delighted to be part of the weekend’s events, and to provide some great prizes for those in attendance.”

Attendees can sign up for a chance to win iPads and hundreds of dollars worth of free graphic novels at the event. The draw will be held at the Society of Illustrators following the event and the winners notified.
The 2014 MoCCA Arts Festival will be held April 5 – 6, 2014 at the 69th Regiment Armory in Manhattan. Tickets for the Festival will be available to purchase at the door for a flat fee of $5 per day.
