Henry Cavill joins Mission: Impossible 6 cast!
In a way that’s just as quiet and secretive as an IMF op, we have just learned that Henry Cavill (Man of Steel, Batman v Superman) has joined the cast of the upcoming film, Mission: Impossible 6. Posted earlier on Instagram, director and writer Christopher McQuarrie slyly invited Superman himself, Henry Cavill to join the cast of Mission: Impossible 6 in an undisclosed role. Cavill, responding coyly said, “How can I say no to a man with such perfect hair?” His manager, Dany Garcia – Dwayne Johnson’s ex wife and current business partner, along with being an IFBB Women’s Physique Division Pro, posted on her Instagram account the following – “SURPRISE!!!! #MI6”
The news that Henry Cavill has joined the cast of Mission: Impossible 6 has yet to break at the time of this writing, but with filming set to begin in Paris on April 10th, casting news should arrive shortly.
Interestingly, Henry Cavill replaced Tom Cruise in the role of Napoleon Solo in Guy Ritchie’s remake of The Man From U.N.C.L.E. so it should be fun finally seeing the two together in Mission: Impossible 6. It’s also exciting news considering that since Henry Cavill joined Dany Garcia’s Seven Bucks companies, he has seen significantly more film offers than before.
Henry Cavill will be joining Vanessa Kirby (Netflix’s The Crown), Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, and Tom Cruise in the sixth installment in the 21 year plus film franchise. He can next be seen in Netflix’s Sandcastle and Justice League.
