1/25/2016 - Week of Comic-Book Television! ~ What'cha Reading?

1/25/2016 – Week of Comic-Book Television!

0

As we all thaw out of the cold and snow that the East Coast was hit with, we do have another week of comic-book television to look forward to.  One of my favorite shows, Supergirl, is one and we’ve got not only White Martian appearing, but also Blake Jenner.  He’s guest-starring as Cat’s estranged son, Adam, and he also is married to Melissa Benoist.  “Strange Visitor From Another Planet” should be another fun episode that fans will not want to miss.

Last week DC’s Legends of Tomorrow premiered and one of our writers, Joe, loved it.  You could find out what he had to say here and in case you missed it, the pilot episode is being offered for free which we reported on here.

Without further ado, here’s an extended look at this week of comic-book television.

Surrounded by some of the toughest criminals in the world, things quickly go from bad to worse when Savage realizes they don’t belong there. A massive fight ensues and a piece of the Atom’s suit falls off and into the wrong hands, which could potentially cause disastrous consequences in the future. Stein realizes the best way to retrieve the missing piece is to contact a brilliant man – his younger self. He, Sara and Jax head off in search of young Martin Stein (guest star Graeme McComb), much to Rip’s consternation. Meanwhile, Snart and Rory plan to steal a key element in defeating Savage but still unsure of his new teammates, Ray demands to come along on the mission. Carter helps Kendra remember something vital.

Are there any shows you’re most looking forward to?  Do you feel Agent Carter deserves a seven movie spin-off?  Let us know in the comments below.
